After finding a few inspirational images I began drawing elements, basically trying to create drawings within 5 regions from the outset. The process of filling in the blobs followed from this initial structure. My idea was to draw a few bits and then piece them together in an intersting juxtapositon, which also allowed for the repeating of the same code in one image without actually repeating the same elements. I also tried to do a variation of the very simple designs and more complex, detailed ones such as the landscape.
